1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, registering a healthcare company, or otherwise using Healthcare Processor, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.
2. The service
Healthcare Processor lets registered healthcare companies upload and manage enrollment (X12 834), pharmacy claims, medical claims, and encounter data, reconcile discrepancies, and generate outbound extracts for their own use and for their trading partners.
3. Accounts and company registration
Registering a new healthcare company makes you the administrator for that company's account. Administrators are responsible for reviewing and approving or rejecting requests from other users to join their company, and for managing who has access to their data. Each user account is for a single individual and should not be shared.
4. Data ownership and separation
Data you upload belongs to your healthcare company. Data is logically separated by company, and users can only access data belonging to the company their account is associated with.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use Healthcare Processor only for lawful purposes related to healthcare enrollment, claims, and encounter administration, and not to attempt to access data belonging to another healthcare company or to circumvent access controls.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we believe pose a security risk to the platform or to other companies' data.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Healthcare Processor after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
