What is Healthcare Processor?
Healthcare Processor is an intake platform for healthcare enrollment (X12 834), pharmacy and medical claims, and encounter data, with the ability to generate outbound extracts back out to your partners.
How does registration work?
Whoever registers a new healthcare company becomes that company's admin. Anyone else who wants access searches for your company by name and requests to join — your admin then approves or rejects that request from the Admin view.
Can other companies see our data?
No. Every member, claim, encounter, exception, trading partner, and extract is scoped to the healthcare company that uploaded it. Users only ever see data that belongs to their own company.
What file formats can I upload?
Enrollment accepts X12 834 files as well as CSV/text rosters. Pharmacy claims, medical claims, and encounters accept CSV, tab-delimited, or pipe-delimited text files.
What happens if a file has errors?
Each row is processed independently, so one bad record won't block the rest of the file. Control-total mismatches and per-member discrepancies are logged to the Exceptions queue for your team to review and resolve.
Can I get my data back out?
Yes. The Outbound extracts view generates 834 or CSV extracts on demand, filtered by status, group number, or date, ready to download or hand off to a partner.
